Distance from airport and train station.

Under construction.

The hotel was under construction and the path to our room was through another party going on. Very embarrassing.

Loved their buffet style English breakfast.

Inadequate car parking. Had to ask them for a space.

Very convenient for business travelers to Birmingham. Clean and efficient. Only downside was lack of parking as they are using part of the car park for heavy plant.
